What we can help with

Orders and videos: a video that's late, or anything else about your order.
Refunds: see our Refund, Cancellation and Delivery Policy.
Your data: a copy or summary of it, corrections, deleting your child's photo, cartoon or videos, or closing your account. See our Privacy Policy.
Complaints: we acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours, with a copy of your complaint as we recorded it, and resolve it within one month of receiving it.

If you are not satisfied

You can call the National Consumer Helpline on 1915 (consumerhelpline.gov.in), or file a complaint with a Consumer Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, including online through the e-Jagriti portal. For privacy complaints, you can also go to the Data Protection Board of India, as our Privacy Policy explains.
